These Terms of Use govern your use of the Inksmith app for iOS, provided by Appcakes. By using Inksmith, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Inksmith on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

Designs you create in Inksmith are yours. We claim no ownership over your creative work. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Inksmith, including attempting to reverse engineer the app, disrupt its services, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer

Inksmith is a design and visualization tool. Previews are illustrative and do not guarantee how a tattoo will look once applied. Always consult a professional tattoo artist.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcakes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Inksmith.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Inksmith evolves. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
